My parents have a Taurus, and I have a Fusion. I always thought it seemed like I had more room in my Fusion, and was surprised to find that, yes, the Fusion does have slightly more interior space. I really have been happy with it. 2016 model, 2.0L turbo, pretty loaded, well-designed interior IMO.

Well, one of them can’t.

This glitch could have affected Subaru radios too, but we would have no way of knowing.

The most recent continental was actually pretty cool (concept car was even better) but it was overpriced and aimed at an aging market that prefers the easy in/easy out height of a crossover.

If this ‘buggy’ image file was enough to brick the radio, imagine the kind of buffer overflow attack a dedicated hacker could do. Of course, these are pretty old and so probably the biggest impact would be causing the radio to crash...

How the hell does an unmanaged file extension cause that to happen?!

Like, I’m sitting here thinking of all the times I’ve coded things, all the times I’ve done data recovery, all the times I’ve dealt with everything from files without extension names to files without headers...

The only thing I can think of is they

People in western Washington are already listening to NPR. I’m surprised anyone noticed a problem.

Yeah me too. And with those other options you’d actually have some power to have fun with.

Not only is this awful value, IMO, it appears to be well outside the going rate for such an MR2. ND.

I can, even today, get a substantially newer Miata hardtop for that price. The hardest of passes.

Geez Toyota went a little cray cray on the logos on the back.  4 logos with 5 different fonts.  Who approved that.

Wut? Ha ha ha ha ha ha!!!!

I wish MY grandfather was this cool.

15 just feels shocking on this. I bought a near-immaculate 2012 G37 6spd convertible for about this same price in March, 2021. I cannot square those two cars’ respective prices, especially with one of them being a 20 year old Mister Two.

I just... think I’d rather find a ratty C5 Corvette for this money. Or maybe like an Orange 1996 Mustang GT with money left over for mods. IDK. This MR2 is cool and nice but not quite $15k cool and nice.

Insanity. Utter insanity.

Even as a fellow 2001 MR2 - the price is to high. Maybe for the 2005 models in great shape since there are only a handful of them... but this is the most common model. And it has a LOT of miles. Mine only has 63K and many are still under 75K.

$15k seems more fitting for an ACTUAL used Boxster. ND.

Also, had absolutely no idea MR stood for “Midship Runabout” lol.

Too many miles (don’t care of it’s a toyota), hideous wheels, 138 measly hp, and there’s no way I’d be able to fit in it for longer than 5-10 excruciating minutes.. all for $15,000? - CP

That’s a lot of dough for a 21 year old budget sports car. I haven’t been lucky enough to drive an MR2 of any generation, so maybe there’s the mid-engine draw. But I think a decade+ newer Toyoburu will check all the boxes and then some, or a Miata if the drop-top is the appeal.
