I’m not saying that it is not worth it, however the people that need these the most are inexperienced riders, who also cannot usually afford this much on top of the cost of a bike.

Beginner riders are the people that need a safe helmet the most. However, most of their budgets are tiny. They should make something really safe like this, but heavier and cheaper for the inexperienced.
Yeah... No. That price doesn’t make sense for someone who is looking at cheap used bikes. This helmet is most needed by beginner riders, but it’s very unattainable cost wise.
$1,300 for a helmet? I’ve seen bikes cheaper than that... Not good ones, but running ones.
I’ve been talking about gradual brake lights for years. It’d be nice to know if the person in front of me is locking up, or just barely touching the pedal.
Sync works just fine in my ‘09 Focus. Every three to four months I need to pull the fuse to reset it, but it’s far better than my friends Cruze.
I love hearing about celebrity’s, or just other rich people, that still have the same vehicle as when they were not as well off, and baby it in any way possible.
I agree, to a degree. So what I’d I bounce off the Rev limiter all the time? Isn’t that what it’s there for, so it can only go up to a safe RPM?
Ah. I’ve got a K&N Typhoon series, with the heat shield and splash guard. I’ll have to check if I have room to put a spacer on it, without making it hit other stuff.
I just put on a short ram CAI as well, and am noticing the same thing. Below 2,000 RPMS seems to be bogging. If this really helps, I might give it a try.
Am I the only one that is at least a little dissapointed that it only has 600HP?
This comment... Is awesome.
If this was properly done, which it looks like it was, and I was in the market for a trike, I would totally buy this. As the owner of an identical Focus, I may be a little biased.
Spark plugs on a 302 Explorer. The regular six is hard. The 5.0 is ridiculous. Just finding them is hard. You have to be under the hood, under the vehicle, in the wheel wells...
I see your NY, and raise you a Canada. Vehicles that are still in their leases have rust up here. It’s horrible.
Of course it’s better. It smells like maple syrup, straight out of the factory.
It’s the Canadian Focus, eh. No Mustangs rev high. It’s just a matter of course, coming from another Mustang owner.
First Ferrari? Definitely red. First Lambo? Yellow. Certain cars are just certain colours. Eventually I’d get other colours, but those are the mandatory ones.
Yup, pretty well stock. Sounds pretty nice up that high, as well. Part of the reason I do it often. ;-)
It’s a 2009.
