Ah, that explains it. Never use a vehicle that had any relation to Top Gear. But I still don’t see how either are much of a problem. Getting a low car stuck up on a curb, and changing a tire are both fairly common.

Should be very cheap for insurance as well, once it is a proven technology.

I need to see a photo. It sounds fantastically ridiculous.

Can’t tell if joking...

It did fine for its time, however it’s design was extreme. Extreme design should equal extreme performance. I would love to get one to put a Hellcat drive train into.

Hate the grill.

Too much turbo lag. Once the turbo was going, not enough traction.

This is the first list where I disagree with almost everything.

I have a five year old Focus with 463,000 on it. Runs perfectly fine, and I drive it relatively hard. Peak it to 8,000 rpm at least a couple times a day. Never had to replace a non consumable part. Ever.

Some sporty little car. Good cornering and brakes, which will help save them from accidents. Put a rev limiter to limit power.

That’s super cool. Never knew that this existed.

Way back in the ‘60s, a guy named Tony Maxey totalled one of two AC Cobra Super Snakes. The surviving one was sold at a BJ auction a few years back for 5.5 million. Assuming that the other SS would be worth as much, that’s a total loss of 5.5 million in a single vehicle crash.

Now I am confused.

In other news, Toyota follows in DMC steps.

This should be #cotd. Seriously. Everything you say is dead on, and you raced mowers. Total badassery.

146 HP out of a Turbo 2.2 is pretty bad... Even the Ecotec in the Sunfires get 6 shy of that from the factory. That must be achingly slow...

Being that I’m only going to live once, I’d like to take care of my body.

Or don’t drink either, as they are both horrible for you.

K&N Typhoon CAI, which dramatically increases low end torque. Cosworth intake manifold, so it breathes even better in general. Chipped to add in a little more fuel to compensate for the extra air, as well as upping the Rev limiter and top speed. Stiff suspension, fairly big rims with UHP low pro tires. Iridium spark

The Ford F150. I’ll take the 5.0 over the TTV6 anyday. Rather similar power ratings, except it doesn’t have as much to break on it. The Eco boost gets the same milage if all the extra power is actually used in it. Plus, if you like the idea of a TT setup, do it to the V8 and it will have much more power.
