Have a Focus with this engine (albeit done up a little bit) and can confirm: Fun to drive.

‘96 Explorer Limited 5.0 V8 AWD owner here. I’ve rented a trailer from Uhaul multiple times with it. Never had any mention of anything like this.

I’ve always seems it as more of a fully British AC Cobra, with large engines, light bodies, and batshit insanity.

I have to say, I think that you are nut. My Mother had an 04 Sunfire, and I actually enjoyed. Didn’t like it, but enjoyed. It’s handling and power were both reasonable, although obviously not the best. For an economy car though, it was decent. Very basic, but good fuel economy. Reminded me of a Civic with more power

I could get away with somewhere over 100 dine I’m sure, for a compact car being driven normally. As I don’t drive a vehicle normally, and like to have fun with it, I would say 150 minimum. That’s enough for on street amusement.

Yes, exactly.

Sweet. I’ve got a ‘79 Thunderbird and an ‘86 Saleen, and I’d love to put Historic plates (Ontario, Canada) on both of them, as the insurance would be cheaper.

Now, what if you are driving it to diagnose some mechanical problem?

I kind of like cats that slowly evolve. It makes the recognizable, but different over time.

This would be a great idea. Everyone could always use a little more driving education. It would be nice to have fully trained people giving reviews, instead of people that are uncomfortable in certain situations. No hate at all, just would be great.

I legitimately thought that the headline was “The 2016 Camaro has been recalled”.

I own a ‘79 TBird with the 302, but my Father owns a ‘77 with a done up 400. I’ll still take mine anyday, though. It’s all original, and has 82,000 KMs (50000 miles).

The trick is, they aren’t normally worth much back then. It’s only as all the others are destroyed and they get older that they gain value.

Ah. I’ve got a few inches on you then. Makes it horrible to drive little cars. I have a friend with a couple Miatas, and the top always has to be down to comfortably drive it. LoL

Uh, no. I’m going to slow down overy potholes, and anything else that can cause damage to my SUV, or any other vehicle. It’s only a bigger vehicle, not a tracked tank.

I have the same problem in my ‘09 Focus. The mirror cuts off a third to a half of my view on the right side of the windshield. It may not help that I’m relatively tall.

Had something similar happen to me just a few days ago. I’m in The left lane, going twenty over the speed limit, but passing everyone rather quickly (slow day?). Three lane highway. I notice a work truck swerving in and out of lanes behind me, passing everything and anything. I’m still much faster than everyone else,

This is ridiculous. When I’m in the mood to play around (which is often), I always accelerate as fast as I can from lights and stop signs. Mind you, I don’t break the speed limit by more than ten kilometers.

Wouldn’t work for me. I can get over five hundred kilometers on a tank if I drive like a “ normal “ person. Then I decide to have fun, and I get somewhere over three hundred.

My twenty year old Ford truck with factory air suspension laughs at your new Ram. ;-)
