Or are you thinking of buying one? Why or why not?

My parents talked about getting a van around 1975 or so, this was the type of van I dreamed of. In reality they were looking at a Dodge Tradesman with a slant six and three on the tree, zero options whatsoever. Might have been better than our AMC Hornet Sportabout equipped the same way, they ended up not getting…
What I remember about these and Scion TC’s are that it seems 95 percent of them have been wrecked. If this one is as clean as it looks then NP all day long.
That old bumpside Ford truck looks almost decent enough to save.
So, this Keith guy is he hiring? I can make coffee.
Parent of the year here. kid says “what does I eat ass mean”? I say “just Google it” and problem solved.
This is the best review I’ve seen yet on the new Supra, thank you!
These vans were incredibly durable, and I loved the way the 3rd row seats folded up against the sides like a Land Cruiser. They didn’t sell well because they were very expensive new and just plain weird. The ‘93 I had was a great van, bought it for $10k with 60k miles and traded it with 210k miles and still got $5500…
The Van had a 3Y-C or 4Y-E engine. They were an OHV engine, the 22R was OHC.
My dad bought a ‘77 GT Liftback new and it was a stylish good looking car. I learned to drive a manual transmission in that car, also had my first date in that car, yes I do have fond memories of it. But it was slow, and handled horribly with heavy manual steering so let’s not paint this as anything special. I…
Well there was the Ford/Lincoln system in the ‘80's that used an electric de-icer. The glass had a gold sheen to it and the car had a huge alternator. Apparently the cost of the system and replacement glass killed it after just a few years.
My 200k club vehicles are ‘93 previa, ‘03 Sienna, ‘96 Caravan. My son’s Ranger will be there within the year and my daughters Malibu will never make it. My ‘12 Camry XLE Hybrid is at 100k and zero problems.
I thought that was only a GM thing.
That’s the first thing I noticed too.
Try an Aerostar 4 cylinder with a stick!
I had an ‘84 Corolla diesel, only one I ever saw.
I like DFW, they have a Fuddruckers.
Yeah, you’d be surprised the number of people that called it a PT Cruiser. I had one of those too, it was a POS. Apparently i have poor taste in automobiles.
I had an HHR that was fantastic, hit by a Silverado and totaled at about 140k miles. I still miss it, my wife and kids hated it though.
I’ve been a dealership employee since 1995, 3 different dealerships. i’m only familiar with the parts and service side but I’ve never seen anybody care where you bought it.
