So I’ve never heard of this anime before. Decided to do a little googling.
As a grown man who is entirely too passionate about children’s superhero cartoons, I refuse to pay Cartoon Network anything until they cater to my extremely specific tastes by bringing back Young Justice (or by letting Netflix produce a third season). ACKNOWLEDGE MEEE.
I know, right?

Aaaaand the elaborate Goldberg machine turns out to be made by a lady wearing nothing but catcher’s pads and a smile.
I’ll just... leave this ‘ere.
My desktop is 5760x1200, much harder to find than the more common (relatively) 5760x1080. At this point I basically just search for gigantic high-resolution images and make the wallpaper myself in Photoshop.
I’m no expert, but I’m guessing that’s why the character has a big face-obscuring helmet. With no facial expressions (and maybe no voice?) the captured motion is the only way for players to get a sense of emotion or intention for the character, very practically bringing those motions into the forefront of the visual…
Looks like motion capture from a rhythmic gymnast. Some of those techniques, especially the very particular running motion, is stuff you see at the Olympics.
This. “We’ve added a turbo mode because everyone hated how big and long some of the levels were.” Well then, if this feedback is so vital and you’re making big changes anyway, why aren’t you just making those parts of the game smaller and shorter?
In retrospect, that looks like the most blatant action figure commercial-disguised-as-cartoon ever.
McCree players, practice a little with the super-combo and you’ll be just as effective: flash-fan-roll-fan-punch.
I’d like the option to manually leave the mech without ulting or starting the match on foot, like Zero Suit Samus in the Smash Bros games.
Yeah, the original games are so low-fidelity compared to today that the old assets and much of the design are basically useless. You can’t just throw high-res textures on polygonal models that low and really call it “remastered.”
Color me intrigued. Especially since they’ve got Mark Hamill back for the Joker. How many times has he “retired” from the role and come back now? I don’t care, he’s perfect. Ditto for Kevin Conroy.
Is that the usual guy voicing Kratos? I’ve never played a God of War Game before, but he sounds a lot like Christopher Judge, best known as Teal’c from Stargate.
A first-person dinosaur sex simulator? How perverted and decadent. Take my money.
The idea is cool, but it needs a lot more fleshing out. Even if I was inclined to spend the money on one VR headset (and I’m not), I want TNG-era sets and LCARs controls. Give me real Star Trek or give me, I dunno, Farscape or something.
