I'm not saying "never make phone calls ever" - I'm pretty low on the totem pole at work, but even I talk to a client over the phone once or twice every couple of days I'm in. And, especially in workplace situations, you have to use the phone - if the client wants to call you, they're going to call you, and you don't

Yeah, that's cool - if you have to make a call, you have to make a call, you know? I'm fine with phone calls when they're the best option - nailing down complex details with people you can't meet face to face, that sort of thing. But in situations where, like, a friend needs to get an address off me, or check the time

Gee, thanks for that. I'm glad I'm being told I'll grow up by a random stranger on the internet.

21 years old here, and I /hate/ talking on the phone. It has none of the physical communication you get from talking face to face (hand gestures and expressions), and you don't have the advantage of being able to revise your message before you send it (as per email or a text). Plus, it's intrusive. I can't look at it,

Oh, and this is based on a t-shirt you can get from RedBubble.

Guys, I don't think you understand.

There was a shot at the beginning of the episode - Walter watching the tape for the first time, I think - when I thought "wow, that's a Walternate look, guess that slipped past somehow". Cut to the end of the episode, turns out it was probably intentional. Nice touch.

"Much Ado About Nothing" was shot in his house, and this looks to fit the style of the place that I've seen in all the publicity shots. (I saw Whedon talk the last time he came out to Australia, and he very much struck me as the sort of guy who'd have a really simple kind of living - not because he can't afford it,

He intended to play the role of Badger in Firefly - I'm not sure if they cast Mark Sheppard before he got around to telling the casting guys, or if he backed out of doing it. (Would have been a fantastic bit of meta, the guy who writes the show playing the guy who sends the team on missions.)

That shot of the two Dunham girls climbing out of the car with gas masks and rocket launchers gave me a new fetish, and that worries me some.

You know, I've got to be honest: I've never gotten this. Like, /ever/ ever. I'm in Australia viewing the US site - is it a location thing?

No, but you can bet that the designers at Apple can.

Arial? Low blow, judge. At least let them use Helvetica.

*bad people kill, regardless of their belief structures.

To be fair, though, it's not really like people are going through Amazon's list of binders trying to pick the absolute best, you know? If you're buying binders on Amazon, you're probably just looking for a cheap one.

Nathan Fillion's a bit old for "action hero", I think - younger than RDJ, but I suspect this will be a much more physical role, and I'd expect to see them cast someone about the same age as Chris Evans or Chris Hemsworth - late 20s, early 30s. If they're going the O'Grady route (someone who steals a working version of

I'd like to point out that Ant-Man, the character, was a founding Avenger - before Captain America, Hawkeye, and Black Widow, in fact.

Edgar Wright Marvel movie with a character with an excellent gimmick for film action? Damn straight I'm excited.

Even if you put me up there in that capsule, I'd just stay sitting in it. Got to come down eventually.

I've got to be honest: that was entirely for the chance to type "K'Nexpert".
