My Hooptie Fleet is Boring

Oh, for sure both. At the time of my comment, I didn’t see anyone bringing up the complete lack of the TSA of doing their job, or how Jalopnik click baited the title. The shit isn’t even filed under Planeopnik. It’s just more shit that I don’t see the need to be here. This isn’t the place for it. So, I decided to

You people are too fixated on the Senator. The real problem here is the click bait title. TSA didn’t let him do shit. If they would have detected the gun and then decided not to say anything, because he is a Senator, then yeah, they let him. That is not the case here. They failed to do their job. That means nothing to

You can’t really believe that?

ahh, the new Jalopnik!

Last year the wife and I bought a new Camry Hybrid and Rav4 Hybrid. I’ve put almost 18k on the Camry with an ave of 53 MPG, and she has 8k on the Rav4 with an ave of 40 MPG. Both have been great, so far.

I hear you, I’m in Bakersfield. It seems the people with the gas guzzlers also drive them in the least efficient manner.

AKA Commercial Company

My 3rd gen is just fine. Give it a tune, like KD MAX or OTT, slap in some 5.29 diff gears and it is a completely different truck. It may not be the quickest thing on the road, but fully loaded it will still maintain 65mph on 8-10% grades. Mine is a 134k and hasn’t skipped a beat.

Not just the writer’s, I’ve noticed the same trend in the comments.

So much this! So many dealers are charging crazy markups. That turns a lot of people to other brands. I last year I bought a new Camry Hybrid and RAV4 Hybrid. Ended up getting them at two different dealerships that weren’t charging markups. I also ended up selling my trades to the local dealer that was charging

While I’ll disagree about how good the GFC is, I’m just happy to know that there is someone else on here that understands what these kind of toppers are for. After considering all the options, I narrowed my list down to the GFC, FWC Project M, Vagabond Drifter and the Topo. I’m 6'5' with big ass feet. I quickly

I sold my RTT because I got a dog. I put a normal shell on the back of my truck and the dog and I slept in it. Did that for a two years and got tired of having to unload and load the bed every damn day. I also got tired of sleeping with my German Shepherd. Dude is a bed hog and his shedding is insane! I camp 50-60

If all you care about is weight, then GFC is worth it. Otherwise, your money is better spent on some of the other offerings. I considered a GFC and then decided it was too compromised. It is basically a bed rack with a RTT on it and doors to close it up. The frame structure of it can make it a bitch to load stuff

Fuck the kids!

I had a NX200o with that motor. It was funky looking and fun!

That’s my vote, too! I loved mine. Ended up trading it for a Lexus LS, because the kids needed more leg room. While the LS was a great vehicle, it was soulless in comparison to the TSX.

Thank you for the explanation. I wish we could all live in the world where people were just people, and we all just accepted and respected each other.

Wait, what!? The feminist hate the Trans, too? Daaaaaaaamn

It is an easy sale for them. The Dealership itself likes it, the salesman who wants to sell something that day hates it. The fleet manager is the best place to start.

That is a valid point.
