Go to a dermatologist. I was diagnosed with athlete’s foot for months that wouldn’t go away at all. I finally went to a dermatologist instead of my regular doctor and I was diagnosed with psoriasis. It went away quickly once it was properly diagnosed and the right medication was prescribed. 

When they get old is when things really start going to shit. I’m looking at my dog right now sleeping after his cancer removal surgery. $1300. That’s on top of another few thousand we had to spend on him last year. We’re lucky that we can afford it (mostly).

I walk (fast) a 4.4mph on a 4% incline for 32 minutes about 5x a week. I just never look at the damn timer until I know it’s been a while. This week I’ve been really good at getting to at least 17 minutes before my first glance.
