I’m still holding out hope that Trump wins the popular vote but loses the electoral college. Of all the plausible outcomes, it’s the funniest AND arguably the stupidest, so I kinda feel like the universe owes it to us.

According to his fans, it all started when his daughter, Violet Grohl, criticized Taylor for using her private jet, which led to backlash from the Swifties. Let’s dive into this interesting discussion.
I’ll fully admit, I’m a white guy and not a huge fan of modern hip-hop. I think it’s great that music people like is coming out of this, and I absolutely don’t want to see anybody getting killed over this or anything. It’s just the viciousness of some this stuff bothers me.
Does anyone else just kind of find this stupid? They’re grown men, very successful, lots of money, and they’re acting like petty teenagers. And no matter how tough they act, they’re still two adults who dislike each other so much that they had to sing about it. All I can picture is the rapping equivalent of Kevin…
It’s also a reassurance to the person asking. It lets them go on with their lives. They want to think the person is improving, not that life is hell and they sometimes think about stepping in front of a train.
I don’t think anyone with a chronic illness is surprised by any of this. People love to ask how you’re feeling so that they can congratulate you on being brave/a fighter/etc when you politely just say “fine” and downplay things. People don’t like when you actually acknowledge how much it fuckin’ sucks because that’s…
The problem isn’t venue sizes, the problem is people are fed up with ridiculous ticket prices.
Onward gets a lot of hate but it hit me hard. As a table top gaming nerd I liked it but also as a Dad of two sons.
I loved Onward, and I still feel that Brave is one of Pixar’s best movies. But the last few years? Yikes. Elemental wasn’t just bad for a Pixar movie, it was legitimately awful. My kids couldn’t even finish it. The person responsible for The Good Dinosaur probably shouldn’t have been given another movie to direct.
I’ve only been to DW once (1987, I was nine) but I’ve been to DL countless times, since I live in Los Angeles. I decided I was too cool for DL when I was in high school, but then relented in my college years; I had a Disney superfan friend who went all the time, so she convinced me to get an AP, and we would ditch…
i think a lot about how my first ipod came with a wired remote, a charging stand AND a wall socket charger, a cable, headphones and a cd with the software on it and now my iphone costs 4x as much and only comes with a cable now.
It’s certainly nothing new to have add-ons, but the idea of charging for every little thing and taking features that were advertised as being part of the ticketed experience and removing them to an entirely separate experience/facility to this extreme level is new.
I balked at the four hour run time but I watched the video throughout the day on Sunday as I cleaned my house, and it really is worth sticking it out til the end.
This is frustratingly every Disney property. Stayed at Aulani a litte while back (absolutely worth it IMO), and you could do a limited "trial" of Disney+. Even Marriott has MAX in every room free for your stay; why Disney doesn't automatically have the streaming service IT OWNS in every on property room is just…
One of the many highlights: the hotel rooms, for a thousands of dollars per day experience, did not provide fully-paid Disney+ access.
Call me naïve, but I’m always stunned when the wise course of action in a given situation is to simply shut the fuck up and people choose not to. Like, absolutely no one was out here saying “gee, I wonder what Sharon Stone thinks about Kevin Spacey” and yet she went out of her way to broadcast her idiot thoughts about…
Liam Neeson had almost managed to get people to forget about that time he talked about walking down the street trying to beat up black guys with a baseball bat. Don’t drag yourself into the negative spotlight for Kevin Spacey of all people, my dude!
Well, he’s been super supportive of JK Rowling this whole time. This is really just a lateral move.
Prey should’ve been the beginning of Arkane Austin’s dominance in that arena.
well I guess the important thing is to promote the interview by linking to it and making claims to be concerned for this woman's mental health
