Not telling voice actors what video games they're in is a really weird practice. Animated series don't do this. Why do video games?

Hearing Anderson Cooper say this made my respect for him shoot up.

Lots of state schools. Also depends on the subject.

Definitely not the case for graduate education.

In what version of the universe is NYU not a good school?

Yeesh. That Finder backdoor pilot was dire.

Off the top of my head:
- Caltech
- Claremont Colleges (7 of them!)
- UCSD
- UCSB
- UC Irvine
- UC Riverside
- Chapman University
- San Diego State University
- Various Cal States

I was under the impression that the solo in the "Pinch Me" outro was actually bowed on upright bass.

Twintelle is the new 2B.

Reasons = Butt

Why is his head so big???

Yooka and Laylee are definitely mascots. Thoroughly unlikable mascots, but mascots nonetheless. Distinctive, recognizable character design is only one part of what makes a good mascot; if you give them a voice, make sure the words you put in their mouths don't make them seem like smarmy little shits.

I have a really bad memory. :S

Hey Gameologerinos! Did you know that the Gameological Steam group has a book club for video games called the Revue Club? We're currently discussing Planescape: Torment, and since it's our 50th (!) edition, we'd love to have as many people talking about the game as possible. Join us here! http://steamcommunity.com/g…

There are some pretty black-or-white things in their stories, though. The accuser claims Ben didn't use protection; Ben claims they did.

Also the fact that they didn't deny anything in the first statement but have a full-throated denial in this one is hella fishy. It's like, dude, you know whether you raped someone or didn't!

I'm up to around that point now, but I think I'll leave those suckers be. If they didn't want to get mindjacked, they shouldn't have hung around a telepath.

I'm not sure what the challenges are facing NPC AI, but enemy AI is notoriously hard to get right, and more "intelligent" AI is not necessarily what players actually want (even if they say it is): http://askagamedev.tumblr.c…

I'd add Erik Wolpaw to the list, on the strength of Psychonauts and the Portal games.

It's not really a Dead Space-esque jump scare-driven experience. The kind of horror it's going for is an ever-present feeling of dread.
