Ooooh, they can wash windows with holy water!

I’m totally picturing a TV network somewhere in the middle east doing this kind of show with an extremist Muslim family.

Restaurants kicked them out? I gotta hear more!

I’ve heard some people speculate that the change in outfits was because of the TV show. Pretty the girls up, get more viewers.

They probably have a lot of money saved up from their show, and I think the dad makes money renting some land he owns, so they might not qualify for welfare.

I’m an anthropology major, so dooooon’t get me started on how stupid the paleo diet is!

Yeah, when I heard health nuts talking about this brand new bone broth thing, I got really confused. My mom has been making bone broth for our dog for years. And we’re not rich crazy dog people who give our dog organic dog food or whatever. We just think dog treats are a ripoff and my mom considers it a better deal to

Agreed. Even if the government could somehow block all Americans from accessing porn through websites, everyone and their dog today has a camera. They could make their own porn and distribute it.

One lady at the vet also told me that the little ear bend gives her extra character. <3

Aw, I love mutts too! Your dog is a real cutie, I like how he looks like a tiny werewolf. One thing I love about mutts is how they all look unique. <3 My own mutt looks a little bit like a fluffy dingo.

Sometimes (male) writers will say that they don’t write a lot of female characters because they “don’t know how”. I think that’s because a lot of these writers, growing up, don’t get exposed to female-led books and shows and movies and such. They’re apprehensive about writing female characters because they haven’t

Regarding your first point... There is speculation that since most media is made from the POV of male characters, it leads to girls and women having a better understanding of the male POV than guys do with the female POV. If a work is not specifically targeted to girls/women, the main character will likely be male.

I went to a Catholic elementary school. It wasn’t so bad, but I hated the singing. Oh, god, the singing... At least we never had songs like that.

The hope is that they could be phased out of captivity. Meaning that they’ll be kept in captivity, but they won’t be bred and the places keeping them won’t try to obtain more. It’s common practice in zoos and aquariums.

They would be “phased out” of captivity. Zoos and aquariums do it all the time. It basically means that the animals are kept in captivity, but they won’t be bred and the facility won’t attempt to acquire new ones.

Eh, I think it’s more that horror is just subjective. I don’t find most horror films scary, but these games terrify me because they happen to hit my own fear points. Like robots, and helplessness. In the games, you’re stuck in one room. If the animatronics come, you can’t run or fight. Perhaps a lot of people just

And there are animals that can suffer health problems as a result of captivity, but this isn’t one of them.

The giraffe didn’t die as a result of captivity or poor care, so it’s pretty dumb to use this case to make an argument against zoos.
