Well, Jerusalem is full of Orthodox Jews, and the Old Testament/Torah is full of murder that is sanctioned by God...I think you might have gone too far in giving residents the benefit of the doubt.
Did you not read the part where he was released early from prison? Did you not read about how he was interviewed on a radio station right before the attack?
I do not think that the meat that I eat is the product of a system that is fucked up, certainly not from a human labor perspective.
No, but the fact that animals kill each other and their own young all the time actually is a good argument for not valuing non-human animal lives that much. Animal deaths for food have been happening since life began. It’s hard for me to imagine our life and world being built on carnage and suffering, and I thereby…
It’s unethical to farm them in the first place, pasture-raised or not, because they have a tremendous environmental impact that could be avoided entirely if people just got their protein from vegetable sources instead (which is possible on large swaths of our planet).
The only way there are enough calories in the world WHEN YOU INCLUDE THE MEAT.

For the record, I’m not one to point at…
Norman Borlaug is pretty much number one on the counter-arguments for your claim.
Here’s a good example of pinkwashing:
What’s up with the hostility?
I haven’t defended her once, by the way.
