How many radical hate groups were represented in Obama’s cabinet from the very beginning? Obama and Trump have very different relationships with such groups.

Not-so-fun fact: one of the researchers who coauthored this study, Brian Richmond, is currently suspended from his job due to a positively Trump-like history of sexual assault.
Absolutely. I often thought that if I had ever been assaulted as a student on campus, I would go straight to the police.
How on earth could you possibly label Corey Menafee as an “authoritarian”? At an institution with a 25.57 billion USD endowment, exactly how much authority does a cafeteria worker have?
That people think it OK to destroy any piece of art because they are uncomfortable with it is not right.
Okay, now I get it - you want to compare Pakistan (or “any kind of islamic country”) to much wealthier (“modern”) societies. Got it.
The nine-year-old boy lay on a bloodstained hospital sheet crawling with ants, staring blindly at the wall.
Does anyone know what happened to jlfforalways? This poster claimed to be female (with an Ivy League education, no less!) and wrote a post defending chritter. It seems that post has now been deleted. Anyway, jlfforalways disappeared from kinja, despite having commented very regularly, soon after getting called out for…

Your latest nonsense doesn’t deserve to be taken out of the greys but is begging for a rebuttal, so here we go:
Yeah I’ll “[e]njoy living [my] life with complete certainty of” the fact that Hedy Epstein was an better person than Elie Wiesel.
No, I never victim-blamed the Jews. I never said that they should have expected to be subjected to mass murder because they lived at high local concentrations. I simply said that there could not be many forests or fields full of dead gay people because gay people pretty much never lived at such high local…
I never, ever said that the murder of Jews during the Holocaust was simply a matter of “convenience,” so do me a favor and don’t put words into my mouth. And how, exactly, is anyone minimizing the Shoah by pointing out that roughly half of the people who died in the Holocaust were not Jewish?
The oppression of gays and lesbians was real too, but was not an “extermination.” Nobody was sent to a gas chamber solely for being gay;
Certainly, no man or woman is perfect. Not Wiesel, not Martin Luther King, not Lincoln, or Gandhi. Power corrupts, and all people are vain. Good intentions become warped.
I think it’s pretty reductive to say that we should write off all of Wiesel’s accomplishments and say that his life’s work is “obviously a lie” because of one area in which his opinions were wrong.
He had additional blind spots for the Romani, for Iran. . . .
You know, there are Jews who actually live in Jerusalem who were absolutely disgusted by Wiesel’s advocacy on behalf of the occupation. Are they “myopic”? Are they incapable of comprehending the horrors of the Holocaust, and the need “for the Jewish people to have a safe haven”?
Where do you draw the line between “polarizing” and evil?
Amen! I really liked this article:
