alternatively, someone is letting you know that “ok” is potentially dismissive, and you’re going to complain about it. There aren’t rules - there’s just the way certain people receive something.
Name any car company. They make a car people would race in.
It's shenmue, stop thinking about it.
I think you’re overstating the infrastructure problem. I was able to review Stadia (along with similar streaming services like Shadow and GeForce Now) on a 100mbps connection, and I live in a podunk little Texas town almost two hours away from the nearest major city.
It’s a beta test, and one that Google has a lot of stones to ask people to pay to get into.
This is not true. You can get all the content by playing. There are many ways to earn fight money. If you just want to get everything without grinding you can pay the $25. So you can buy a used version of SFV for cheap pay $25 and have everything. Or you can buy CE for $30. Or you could have been playing the games for…
I was a big fan of Street Fighter IV (at least, as a casual player; I played a bit of it almost every day), but I always postponed picking V up, mostly because, even when Arcade Edition got a steep discount, it just felt incomplete - like eventually a ‘final’ version would come out cheap with all those expensive DLC…
So... if we upgrade will we get all of the current DLC characters?
As a fighting game I think SF5 is solid enough, I prefer it mechanically over 4, but I’m old and bad at games so...
Crossplay is the main saving grace. Enable it on all games, cowards! Seriously though, I’ve been having a TON of fun gaming with everyone that branched off to different systems.
I was more speaking in general, typically in CoD it’s team based. I would say more than 3/4 of the objective based modes meet may as well be tdm.
Not trying to be snarky, legitimately curious if they’ve posted an official stance on the matter somewhere that I haven’t seen.
A few thoughts.
It’s great. I was concerned with the crossplay aspect but it’s allowed us to get a group going with one PC player, one PS4 player and the rest on Xbox so no complaints there.
Gameplay criticism of a game like this makes me long for the days where you could rocket jump around and instagib someone in one move, and that was the popular mode of play throughout the land.
I agree. I have been devouring it and enjoying almost every second because it brings back the feelings I enjoyed so much a decade ago.
I totally agree with this.
I’m enjoying myself. Call of Duty: Black Ops 4, the series’ 2018 iteration, was a dream. I played its battle royale mode Blackout greedily, sometimes arguing with friends and colleagues that it was the best battle royale mode I’d ever played. The map ruled, the guns felt incredible and the pace of the games was…
