This makes me irrationally mad that you were in the west loop and decided to go to hooters to eat twice in a day.

When I leased my last car I looked at the Leaf just because used ones were so cheap. I absolutely hated it (and hated the dealer). I really like the look of these and will be taking another look when my lease is up.

I have this problem with Bell’s Oberon. It used bring joyous memories of the arrival of summer. After splitting a half-barrel of it with three people (over the course of a couple of weeks) I can’t drink it anymore. Oberon overload.

It really seems like restaurants need not a “closing time” but a “last seating” time. If the last seating time is 10 pm you can sit down at 9:59 and eat your meal like normal. If you arrive at 10:01 and the restaurant is still full, you don’t get to eat there.

I can't be the only one who thinks we should send the troops instead of these entitled lazy players. Find any five marines over six feet tall and they'll easily win the tournament.

This doesn’t really add to the story, but at an old job we did a project where Pivotal consulted. We spent six months working out of their office using their processes - which were for the most part really great. There were some things that were a little odd: everyone had to be there at 7 am to eat breakfast together

Yeah but at least cars aren’t being driven by dirty immigrants, shitty poor people, or stupid young jerks....

I respect that answer and don't worry about harping. I'm glad there are people like you who are police. Maybe I'm just not optimistic about the ability to change the culture but I hope I'm wrong. I just know I wouldn't be able to handle trying.

It is good. This article is not good.

Progressives don't want to be cops because they know a huge number of their coworkers will be awful people. It's not happening until the police clean themselves up.

Yes, he said multiple times (not quoted here for some reason) that players should be able to transfer one time and play immediately without needing to specify a reason.

He is advocating that all players can play immediately after transferring. He is arguing this for a former Michigan player who transferd but had to sit out a year because he didn't document his mental health issues while he was at Michigan. Harbaugh recognizes that lots of people struggling with mental health issues

He said multiple times athletes should be able to transfer once and get immediate eligibility for any reason, mental health included. The point was that no one should need a reason, and he's well aware that people struggling with mental health issues don't always reach out, so it's ridiculous to expect them to

Let’s specify that Cindy was his second wife, and the relationship started as adultery.

I went to a Pirates game once in PNC and they had a hot dog cannon. They blasted a hot dog from the dugout over the right field bleachers into whatever slag filled river is behind the stadium and it was glorious.

Holy shit they are trying to say you can’t call someone a racist because a guy who owned a shit ton of slaves wrote a rule about it.

As a youngin (at least compared to the normal HD crowd) this is definitely appealing, but the price is insane.

Yep. I would have no problem parking a truck at my house or work but in no way do I need a gigantic ass expensive truck. If I could get a small one it would be incredibly convenient to throw mountain bikes in or do random home improvement projects.

I think discourse and disagreement is good, which is why I support replacing Megan with a well-qualified, respected republican woman. Such as..... Help me out here. There must be one.

There's far more evidence that lyft and Uber increase traffic than not having them.
