Do people that have an AVR/surround sound set up really plug each device directly into their TVs? PIA to always be changing your TV input. Why not sources to AVR and AVR to TV? Am I missing something? This is how I’ve had things set up for 15+ years.

great for dad/mom gamers who are short on time and/or feel it to be a chore to turn on the xbox or ps4. if i’m powering on the xbox i feel like i must commitment 2hrs + b/c of dad schedule and playing it so infrequently.
