CenturyLink in Seattle lays down grass when hosting Concacaf matches and international club friendlies (i.e. Sounders vs. European Clubs). No doubt grass will be used no matter what venue.

Fees, fees and more fees. And no, I don’t think anyone is going to cry about it....most people buying/selling homes have no idea what half the fees go to. The new closing disclosures/TRID was supposed to help consumer have a better understanding of what their fees and closings costs are. But in reality the public is

there was a ground swell of small local businesses involved with fighting this too. It was not just Amazon and Starbucks. But since they’re the heavyweights they are the only buinesses mentioned. #badbigbusiness!

This was a new tax. Washignton State just reinvigorated the main source of funds for these services that was about to sunset. In fact you could argue they doubled down. June 7, 2018 a $25 increase ($40 total now) per real estate document recording fee went in effect. Can’t let that money get away! On your typical real

I’ve got a 5.1 set up currenty with potential for 7.1 Altho the wife won’t let me hang another set of speakers on the wall. So yeah, the connect and a couple of play Ones was going to be my cheapest way into the Sonos ecosystem for what I’m trying to do.

For what I’m trying to do it is. The idea is to use the Ones to bring music from the TV room/kitchen area outside. Or upstairs. So I’m viewing these as an extension to the kit we’ve already got.

cool! nice to see them offer something a bit cheaper.

Amen. The bike lanes are just one of the many insanities the City of Seattle proposes. The soda tax is another good one. The City Council also thinks they can impose an income tax although the state constitution states otherwise.

Seattle is on their way to this. Areas around I-5 and I-90, freeway exits, etc. look very similar to the pictures you’ve posted.

Can’t comment on the Firestick. I’m accessing through Apple TV. We use the basic Harmony Hub remote. Not the best. The UI highly incorporates some of the unique features with the Apple TV remote. I usually just pull out my phone.

I’m in on the Beta. I bet you like the redsigned app more than the DVR. ; )

This is what’s holding me back from making the switch. PLAYLISTS! And to a lesser extent Spotify working on all our devices.

sorry to hear that. have not had any issues with mine....yet. : )

totally agree with you. i splurged on a couple of Lifx floods for our front porch when they were on sale during Black Friday. Lifx bulbs are BRIGHT!

Yes, you can do this. I did this very same thing. Picked up the color bulb starter pack during Black Friday sales. In December the Amazon Treasure Truck had the same starter pack for the amazing price of $99 (keep in mind the typical RGB bulbs are $50 per). I had no problem connecting the new bulbs to my existing HUB.

Agreed. The high cost of entry for GoPro made them a NoGo for me. I got an Apeman for Xmas. Nice little camera but the app support is shit. A $200 GoPro is tempting to me for a couple reasons. The no additional housing, having a screen and access to the GoPro apps all might be enough to get my $200.

Muy bueno! Playing the “might as well get as much for it as we can” card is a strong play. Wait another 6 months and it could be $45. LOL

Just ran the #s on a base original mini (wifi, 16gb). $65 seems like a pretty good offer.

you might think about checking the trade in value of your mini. Last year when the refreshed 9.7 came out at $329, or whatever it was, Apple gave me a $100 to trade in my 5+ year old iPad 2. I was more than happy with that deal. Hopefully you can still get a decent discount for trading the mini.
