I’m glad I could keep you on your toes.

o weird they don’t sell asbestos insulation for homes anymore either what a vexing dilemma

This is precisely why you can’t buy incandescent lightbulbs any more.
Wait...

You could like, keep buying your own plastic straws if we are faced with a widespread, public, outright ban in restaurants.

They sell silicone-tipped reusable straws.

Worse in terms of carbon, but in coastal cities and in waterways plastic bags are a scourge.

Fascinating.

How do non-citizens pay taxes? Or, why?

fanny packs - bum bags? - are coming back in a big way

That “tourist” might be a cutting edge hipster

People want to wear a symbol of religious expression... the best I can do is “whatever”. My point is that when people where *the cross* (cue dramatic thunderclap) they wear it the same way. Sometimes you’ll find it in rhinestones on a jean pocket but otherwise it’s not really a gendered expression. Men don’t wear

I guess so.

Well it’s... it’s a type of redress of grievances.

Are people — genders — compelled to wear or express the cross in different ways? Like, men get to wear a cool gold necklace but women have to wear a giant cross hat?

I’m torn on the whole thing. It seems like wearing it of your own accord is like, nodding to systematic oppression.

“I’m not compelled to wear this. It’s an expression of my faith (which compels women to wear this).”

Thank you for making this joke so I didn’t have to.

Was your sense that they had done it?

If this is all true you’re at least slightly complicit by standing aside and doing nothing. Even if we’re just looking at what you found in adulthood.

Are you enjoying your ensuing browbeating?

Wow, you exactly nailed what he was talking about and not a bunch of stuff he wasn’t talking about.

Are these available to download? I’d like to see this stabilized, at least.
