Doesn’t Laguna Seca have noise restrictions? Perhaps they could have the record of fastest around the track (unobserved) and quietest around the track (unheard).

“dooming myself to vehicular hell (which, in case you were wondering, is just an eternal road trip at 80 mph in a buzzy compact car in desperate need of an overdrive gear).”

Great writeup and nice job. While I would never, ever, ever, ever, consider doing this myself, I enjoyed reading about it. 990 labor hours though......I guess you have to do this yourself, otherwise the cost in labor alone would kill you!

Ha! I am just waxing nostalgic. Plus, they told Acura they were too good.  I just figured that was “a thing” now!

Agree, but Ash doesn’t have room on his mantle for all the COTDs he has won. Seems like back in the day he would win at least one a week (for good reason).

I had a classmate with one of these way back in the day. He replaced the rear windshield with plexi-glass so it could handle the massive subwoofer he put back there......always liked that car......could probably do without the subwoofer. And we had those same/similar seat covers in our old Chevy pickup truck, they are

“You can even see the door handles in the inception-pictures, after all.”

Is it brown and does it come with three pedals?

Spotted at the local Costco gas fill up, presumably going to get 28 pounds of chicken breast.

The efficient family pitstop is a thing of beauty that most F1 teams would envy.

“But after hopping off my V7, trying to throw my leg over the Africa Twin felt like I was trying to mount a giraffe.”

Is it possible (probable) that Brady is just trolling everyone now? He will keep getting more and more outlandish until someone calls him on it. Next up, he will wear some Jams to an interview or parachute pants.

This is underappreciated.

All old vehicles tend to leave some nostalgia in people until they go drive them again. My 63 Bug is a lot of fun to drive around; when it starts, the temperature is just right, it has not rained recently, and you don’t need to be anywhere that the faint smell of gasoline on your clothes will be an issue.....

Don’t these are run north of $100k (could not watch video at work so apologies if you state it there)? If so, not sure how I feel about those bolts holding the front grille on (maybe that is a design cue I am missing). Seems like the great big McMansion house that from afar looks like $$$ but you get up close and it

Should feature on NP or CP.  Cant wait to see Rob’s writeup of this one.

This is my new descriptor for scooters though

It will be parked next to the $35K Tesla.

Accord owner here. Agree. Although the lane keep assist on the Accord (at least mine) is more emphasis on the “assist” instead of “lane keep” (despite its name). I have found that on the highway it will not always take you through a turn (without added input) if it is too sharp (it will give you a lane departure
