how can this be the most hated? I’ve never heard of it and I am (or I guess thought I was) pretty well informed about esoteric boozes and other trivia...I’m a huge fan of peated whiskeys....I’m not a smoker though (I like smokey tea too...Lapsang Souchon like in the song, as is or with some Irish breakfast)....but

Ah, I'm guessing that you, my friend, have never worked IT before. There is nothing an end user will complain about more than extra steps. Especially if they cause even a miniscule slow down to whatever task they were performing. And we, the IT staff, will hear about it until the end of time...or something marginally

A. It was the first multi-publisher launcher, and having ONE central hub for your games is fine. Launching a launcher FROM YOUR LAUNCHER is the problem. That and publishers trying to force you to abandon your launcher in favor of their thing.

Ubiquity - and it allows you to add non-steam games very easily. And offers a greater level of control than any other launcher. Lots more reasons.

It was first, or at least very early, and widely adopted for broad PC platform. Similarly Steam wouldn’t get a pass if it only launched Valve games, I would assume.

Yep, Im 100% willing to reward THIS kind of amazing with my retail dollars.

I’ll actually give this game a shot. The ASCII graphics were such a turnoff for me.

It menaces with spikes!

itch.io? Fuckin’ sold. I’ll even wait for one of those fridays when 100% goes to the devs.

The problem is “not being able to pull it off” likely means dead drivers. NASCAR can’t ban it for this year, but next year it’s probably gonna be in the rulebook.

The problem a lot of people seem to be unable to fully grasp is that an unfaithful adaptation isn’t necessarily a bad one. The Witcher Netflix series while not faithful to the source material is a great series. The same is true for the video game series.

John Carpenter’s The Thing is completely unfaithful to the source

If you read his entire post and replies, you’d know the Elon Musk thing was a response to a question. Not him saying he’s leaving because of Musk. Kotaku once again will take anything they can that sounds like Musk is causing problems and run with it. Love him or hate him he bought twitter fair and square. Most of you

The Merkt’s Port Wine cold pack cheese was a fridge staple, growing up in Michigan’s Upper Peninsula.

If you wanna be the best, you gotta beat the best, right?

Gamestop needs to start selling weird gamer sodas. Bawls and Club Mate and shit like that. I freaking love Bawls.

I think that is literally it. As a streamer he has a interest in playing to generate entertaining/interesting content, like him stomping pubbies, which is in direct conflict with other players who are trying to play a game against relatively equally skilled opponents.

This is typical of most, if not all, streamers. They think the only content worth showing is them stomping, and not trying hard like everyone else.

This is hilarious. I love that he can’t even not stream it at all, he’ll still do it but only for a day.

“I just want to crush newbies with little to no effort on my part” is not the winning argument he thinks it is. People like him just want to run around lobbies eating up a 20-2 K/D with no effort. He wants to have fun at the expense of an entire lobby and thinks that’s a fair trade. That’s like asking Heaven GG:Strive

“I’m not playing this game because I wanna bully people and it won’t let me” is so weak. WEAK.
