I’m well aware of that. but it not as though the oceans of the world are healthy. There have been numerous mass deaths of various cetaceans over the last several years. Pollution kills marine life.

Orcas and other cetaceans are done for anyway. With Trudeau supporting the Kinder Morgan pipeline and the EPA about to be gutted, the wild orcas don’t have much time left. Add to that the Southern Residents lost several members last year, including Doublestuf who appears to have died from blunt force trauma.

I had the chance to see orcas in the wild doing their thing when I visited alaska with family, and it was bad ass. Even as a kid, I hated Sea World (mostly because i was afraid that the sharks and such in the tanks were going to bust out of there and murder me, but still). It is not the same, like at all.
