Car and Driver, Carscoops, AuoEvolution say Santa Fe, Motor Trend cNet Road Show say Tucson. All in stories from July 2020. <shrug> I can’t find anything official from Hyundai, was going with what I’ve heard over the last 2 years. :)

They didn’t start recording until the carnage had already begun?

No, not really. The Santa Cruz is based on the Santa Fe and has much less creasing in the body panels:

From age 16 to 25 I purchased multiple used cars from private parties, junkyards and other (now) shady-looking circumstances. Those were the days.

Shilling you liberal hack, do you read your own article?

Why do I look at the Badger and think - 2025 Tacoma?

The small rivers of molten aluminum support that theory.

If you were hoping to get crabs with your Hummer, it’ll still be a while before they come.”

1 small ride for man, 1 giant leap for herd mentality immunity?

TBH, I actually like the big boxy exterior, I think it makes for solid competition with the Suburban and an alternative to the swoopy windowed SUVs mentioned in this thread. But I also have no need for anything this big, so I wouldn’t buy it at all.

4-time Falcon owner here, thumbs up to Rory!

DC just did this. All side streets that were 25 MPH now have 20 MPH speed limit. No new street signs. No general signage. Just stories in the media about how this has now been implemented. I drive a very limited part of DC, but I haven’t noticed any particular enforcement.

What is the population of that interchange at, say 4:30PM on a Wednesday afternoon?

Dodge being the muscle car one

Counterpoint: When I was growing up in Phoenix (73-81) there were a dozen or more multi-screen drive-in theaters that were immensely popular with teens, families and thousands of people per night who wanted to see a movie. Year round. Very doable.

Yup, I f-ed that up! His headline threw me off. But he did suggest something that doesn’t tick any of the requester’s boxes and is even worse than keeping his existing car. My faith is (partially) restored!

Ok Jalop-teriat, your prayers have been answered. 2 Subarus and a Suzuki. No JDMs, no weird Euro mini-cars, even the Suzuki is only slightly off-beat, in that it’s an orphan.

Y’all forgot the Pandemic Turbo S Sport Coupe (with 4 doors)

I wanted one of these badly in 1999 better suited to me than the Z4 which I also drooled over at the car show. Too much money for me at the time. I voted NP, even though I wouldn’t buy one now; I’m either buying new again, or adding a classic from the 60's.
