“Nioybaran GZFR486" isn’t that a computer from 1994?

That looks just like the car my neighbor had in high school.

That is the current rule. Which has been suspended. Even this:

So, in my jurisdiction, I would not be able to leave my neighborhood, as state law limits vehicles of this type to streets with speed limits of 25 mph. I cannot get to any shopping or other services with that limitation.

Do you live in some gated community? This can’t be street legal.

Why not just hire a Ford executive and finish it. FINISH IT! (in Mortal Kombat voice)

So, what are the actual limits now? That’s not stated in the article and no link is provided. Can truckers run `til they drop or the stimulant-of-choice wears off? Is it Mad Max post-apocalyptic hell-on-wheels on the highways now?

I foresee the coronavirus forever killing this seating plan!

Isn’t that one and the same for David Tracy?

I am totally the market for a truck like this. Extended cab with room for my personal crap behind the seats and general crap in the bed. Small enough to fit in my condo garage (Ranger/Tacoma/Ridgeline need not apply, been there done that) Was waiting for the Santa Cruz, but that may sill turn out to be vaporware.

I grew up in the rear-facing “way-back” seat of a 66 Ford Station Wagon. It was the best! I was sorely disappointed in my parents’ decision to purchase 1 69 Ford with inward facing rear seats. Can you say “foot-fight”?

The Whiney Firm? Please tell me that is an unfortunate typo...

CP How much for the Matador in the story above this one?

Read Jimmy Buffett’s “A Pirate Looks at 50" for an interesting tale of his trip through South America wih his Grumman Albatross:

Looking at the loaded Jeep kicks in my travel OCD. For gosh sake’s David, have you never played Tetris? With a little foresight and planning (wait, who am I talking to?!) you could probably pack all that and still have had room to sleep in the back, should it have been necessary. (wait, who am I talking to?!)

Hmmm, I guess so...

Thanks to google, I can provide this:

I thought this was an actual picture of one of those Chinese knock-offs...

This is so ridiculously wrong that it is absolutely right!

Because fiberglass can be nasty and difficult to work with for the DIYer. Wood and glue and fabric? Didn’t we learn that in kindergarten?
