Cruise seems to have a lot of control over who directs so maybe Doug Liman or Joseph Kosinski?

I will be truly, truly gutted if it doesn't get renewed though, I'm on my third re-watch already, I love it that much.

Sense8 is going to be a really slow-burner of a show, with regard to audience reception, so I think this will be Netflix's first test of whether they have the patience to deal with that kind of thing.

"Many elements of Sense8 can seem very cliché for the genre, but
the most glaring examples are its villains. As effective as the sequence
of Will and Riley suffocating together ends up being, it was impossible
to take Nyx seriously"

This is equivalent to games reviewers rushing out their reviews before launch, not actually getting a full experience, and then having to adjust their scores when the servers go tits up. AVC's Games reviews seem intentionally delayed to be able to get a full flavour of a game, so why not TV too?

I think when they get 3 episodes to review, they *just* should be reviews of the 3 episodes, or they need to wait until all the episodes are available for a season review. It really impacts on a TV show these days, especially with the likes of RottenTomatoes now aggregating review scores for whole seasons (which they

I would say that Sense8 is perhaps the first, true, binge-only show, because while the episodes don't really mean anything on their own, the season as a whole does (at least on a character level).

Not just you, there are literally dozens of us.

So… Who was silver balls?

Here's my interpretation of that scene - and it's one that is overly optimistic, and could easily be quickly proven wrong next week, but…
There was zero tension about any of the characters dying due to the virus, but the real tension was in the fact that Oliver had essentially abandoned them, and let them believe he

Yeah, they had a whole bit last week where Jamie asked Claire what "fucking" meant

Ha! I was just about to come here and post the following:

I suppose he could still be good, but Iannucci is (and I realise this might be a cliche) very likely a singular comedy voice that is going to be really, really hard to replace. Is Simon Blackwell sticking around?

I have literally no idea why they are doing promo for Age of Ultron. I think promo work is increasingly an obsolete thing in the viral/internet age.

"If it’s going to be a different Doctor, are we going to try and sell
two Doctors at the same time? I know there’s been loads of Doctors, but
there’s only been one at a time."

Yeah, they were definitely speeding, as he does in nearly every episode of that show.

It bears repeating that it isn't Michael Bay's TMNT - he just exec produced it.

He is always making lists after all. It's what he drew on for Schindler.

He's a funny guy, isn't he? Always making lists.

Maybe he also has contracted AIDS from an African Prostitute?
