Very nice. Good to see them doing that. I still think that restaurants should have to donate leftovers to food banks and stuff, particularly things like buffet restaurants.

Lousy recipe, hot video.

It’s admirable almost: They definitely saw this and went “Fuck that noise. I’m going to play this completely straight.”

If this was deliberate, i really don’t need to know what the ‘cream sauce’ is supposed to represent...

Maple as a flavor is fucking overrated. Its fine, but thats it. Just fine.

That’s one idea. But I also like the idea in the article. I think more people than not are going to leave the surcharge on there, because do you really want to be the asshole that has to openly declare to your server and the people you’re dining with that you don’t want them to have healthcare? Shame is an imperfect

Is it exclusively bilking rich assholes with the promise of top shelf liquor and then pulling a bait and switch and giving them a flat, room temp bud light that’s been left out all day?

Already made this in replay to another person’s post but thought I’d put this out there in my own post:

Hear me out on this: a KFC ‘eggroll’ made out of Orig. Recipe skin for the wrapper and coleslaw for the filling? I mean, they put out the fucking famous bowl and the Double Down, so its not like they have any shame left to lose.

I mean, I prefer homemade, but I’m with you 100% on this. KFC’s coleslaw is the best of any restaurant, and I’m even including that of many very good BBQ places I’ve gone to. I don’t know what it is, but for traditional slaw, they have the right amount of tang vs creaminess you want in a good slaw.

In the near future:

I thought the whole point of a subpoena was that you’d pretty much given up on a person turning something over by choice?

Is that a Ron Swanson MRE?

pair it with a nice Capri Sun mimosa and we’re set!

Businesses will most likely have to pay some form of a payroll tax to help fund this, but because it would apply pretty much to all businesses, including many that may not currently offer health insurance, the overall burden would be spread out much further. Also factor in to this that even a right wing think tank

You don’t have to shop on the private market for firefighters when your house burns down, and there’s no reason you should have to when you break a leg.

I’m conflicted. The damage to the restaurant is definitely real, and the woman definitely made a mistake, but at the same time, it seems like she made her statement in good faith (i.e. she actually believed it at the time). I’m always leery about having too lax standards for things like libel and defamation. I think

Part art project, part political statement, complete and total waste of perfectly good cheese...

She is, she’s an charter school zealot.

It must be said: patches of wild weed growing isn’t exactly uncommon.
