It’s still very close to 1:1. If you assume it’s 1:1, pretty much every major plot point (except for Rick’s hand which Kirkman has admitted was a mistake in the comics) has happened roughly in line with where it did in the comics. We’re at around issue 75 of the comics. Rick and company are clearly settled in

Your timeline is off. At a comparable time point in the comics, Rick has one hand. The rest of that stuff hasn’t happened yet.

Why can’t call the episodes be 90 minutes long? Fuck it, we’ll do it live.

Well... I suppose that’s how its going to be for a lot of people when we get there. Its impossible to seperate humans from their technologies, and we’re going to be ever more integrated with those technologies as time goes on.

So he’s pretty much all but confirmed he’s playing Black Bolt, the king of Inhumans. While he can technically talk, it’s just even him whispering will produce powerful sonic shockwaves.

Numbers 1 - 5 For me.

It’s called “The Slightly Glowing Just a Little”

Jeez... Tremors... Flatliners... why don’t you guys just remake every Kevin Bacon movie while you’re at it? I can’t wait for the re-imagined, darker, grittier She’s Having a Baby trilogy.

This film was far from obscure in 1990 thanks to the hottest star in the universe then (Julia Roberts) and is probably pretty well known because all five of its stars are still working actors. (We can squabble about William Baldwin or replace him with Hope Davis, who had a minor role in it).

This one. One of the few SF novels that I had to read several times just to get. Mostly because I was 9 at the time and thought it was like the (what I believed was awesome but actually really crappy) mini series that my parents wouldn’t let me watch as it was on past my bedtime.

Anyone tear up?

Legit got me choked up.

“The Earth is the cradle of humanity, but mankind cannot stay in the cradle forever.” . I know there are always things happening in the world, war , famine, natural disaster that we need to address.

Yeah, that’s all well and good, but when you have my rotten luck, 3 shots of vodka are more helpful then anything else.

“Biten”? Not a word... :D

The last time I did CG animation for filmmaking, the most exciting Star Wars news was the rumoured Shadows of the Empire multimedia project, but I’ll take a stab at it.

Looks like backers picked the Wong game to fund.
