The problem is not that a woman beat a man, but that an anti-choice, anti-gay candidate who opposes a living wage beat a pro-choice, pro-GLBT+, candidate who supports a living wage. I think the fact that she won, even after literally saying she doesn’t support a livable wage is what sickens me.
