Going through my Kinja history, got to this, did this

Good point - I very nearly bought a '76 as my first car before I investigated why you can find them so cheap.

Still, though, the 'vette was making 165 HP, or 20 per cylinder. A 6 cylinder Tata Nano would be making 11 HP per cylinder. Good lord.

Unless we are having sex, if you put your feet on the dash board I will push you out of the car. Nothing annoys me more than when people just stick their feet up on the dash. My damn Brother is 6'7 and even he contorts himself to put his feet up, and I have to yell at him.

On the Tata Nano, instead of "suggested by 6cyl" I thought "powered by 6cyl" for a second and almost crapped myself. How could one get such little power out of so many cylinders?!?!?!? Haha

LOLZ

Finger tight.

Could be talking about a bolt; could be talking about...

"Dillusional"? Is that, like, filled with illusions of dill pickles? :) Because then I'm dillusional a lot.

Oh, dude that's the taillight from a Jeep.

I think proper design takes aim at the intersection between intuitive design and efficient design. The perfect solution is one where anybody, upon first interacting with the system, can use the design effectively AND they will be pleased with the efficiency of their interactions with the design for the entire life of

OK, Jalopnik, where's my BJ?

Hopefully, but doubtfully.

A) You guys are badass.

B) I know on the show workers are often introduced as greenhorns - I was wondering: how many years/months/decades/whatever of commercial fishing experience does it take to end up as a 'greenhorn' on a high-profile crab boat like y'all's? Could I really ship up to Alaska and apply to a big money

Notice how I carefully chose the word 'vehicle'? If every one of those bikers was in a car, my response would have been exactly the same. If you're in the left lane and you're not passing somebody, you're blocking the left lane.

I support biker safety and driver's awareness of bikes. My best friend rides a bike and

Any vehicle in a lane other than the far right lane that isn't actively passing another vehicle is "blocking" that lane. Period. It's not keep right, but left if things are busy - it's keep right, pass left. And in both states that I've lived in, it's legally mandatory (though absolutely never enforced).

Today

Anything with a turbocharger. That's turbocharger as in the smartest, coolest (yet nerdiest) development in powerplant design since the hemispherical combustion chamber.

(And it would also have to have a clutch, obviously)

My vote is the Saab 9000CSE or Aero. It shows how a turbo can turn a comfortable, practical car

I wouldn't say that engine was anywhere near 18 years behind the curve, because it was so ahead of the curve in its day. As somebody who used to own a Saab, we're just spoiled when it comes to engines. I mean the Saab turbo 4 is just one of the best engines ever. Torque for days. I just recently purchased my

Front wheel drive, no manual option?

I wouldn't drive it if you gave it to me for free.

I feel like this is your sentiment:
