Good Place got boned royally. Not only is it consistently funny, it has to do so with network restrictions. They get around it with extremely clever workarounds. Probably the most underrated show on TV. Never even heard of Fleabag before last night.

Anything Good Place needed an award. The good news is that they should get their dues next year.  I have a feeling the series is going to go out with some of the best writing they have ever done.

I was rooting so hard for Janet(s)!

She didn’t miss it, she ignored it because you were rude.

Here’s a reminder to everyone to watch the extraordinary multi-part docu-series on the life and work of Jim Henson that youtube channel “Defunctland” recently put out.

I guarantee it will be a pittance. And the US government has no shortage of resources. We could bankroll the entire restoration effort, address Flint and Puerto Rico, provide healthcare and housing to every US citizen and still have enough left for a human mission to Mars.

The US government doesn’t really have limited resources. We can call out the hypocrisy of Trump’s priorities, but let’s not pretend that giving a few million dollars to the French to restore a landmark has any impact on the ongoing crisis in Flint or Puerto Rico.
