It is still copyright material and owned by someone, there can be all sorts of secrets in there. For games, some will be using that same engine but with years of improvements. A lot of companies do not want to reveal how the sausage gets made.

I do love the dumb things that keep happening in this game.  It is a bit like Eve, in that I am happy reading it, but unlike Eve I never think “I wish I could get started”.

A friend has described his experience of playing with his kids as spending 30min in the morning advancing plot and making a little money. He will then let his sons play throughout the day.  At night, after they are asleep he will spend an hour cleaning up their mess.  It sounds a lot like regular parenting.

Peru is such a beautiful country.  Some of it is straight out of a video game with famous hits such as “hidden mountain fortress”, “farmers toiling fields next to the ruins of ancient civilisation” and “small town built around desert oasis, complete with sandboarding minigame”.
