Wow! I remember a few years ago someone lying about graduating, but I have never seen something THAT bad.

A friend of my mom’s argued in front of SCOTUS in the 90s, and said Thomas never said a single word the entire case, just sat there chewing his gum with his mouth open. Because he’s the WORST.

I mean, he’s only sexually assaulting women he has power over, right? It’s not like he deleted some e-mails, or happened to be Secretary of State when something bad happened at an embassy. Let’s keep things in perspective....

Anita Hill told the truth about him at his confirmation hearing, but the (overwhelmingly male) senators didn’t admit it.  I knew it then and it is still obvious now. He has always been a disgrace to the Court.

It is the same as impeaching a president and therefore extremely unlikely that a GOP House would impeach Thomas and send it to the Senate for trial. I believe one justice has ever been impeached, convicted and removed - in the 1800's I think.

DOI employee here. From my perspective, this sets a really scary precedent. I could be working in the field and have some militia asshole thinking I’m trying to “steal his land” point his rifle at me with no consequence because of this legal precedent.
