Attorneys do not have the authority to bind you to any agreement without your very specific authorization.  

If he did not specifically authorize the attorney to enter into this agreement on his behalf (which would mean he would have to know about it) - then he is not a party to the agreement and he cannot enforce it.

I don’t trust them either - if you read the fine print, most of these companies “own” the data from your DNA once you submit it. Plus - what if some wrong-doer (like a Cambridge Anlytica type) hacked their data? I am not sure what they would DO with the data exactly, but it creeps me out.

At a protest against Law Enforcement violence, there was an incident of . . . Law Enforcement violence. If we are to be a nation of laws, then law enforcement officers must ALSO follow the law. The District Attorney should prosecute this incident as a crime.
