Driver quality. Collector price. Just because others are asking high, the price of this isn't justified. It is a $10k car all day long in its current driver quality. As we know, a car is only worth what someone is willing to pay for it. Someone will pay the asking price, or close to it.

A newer S-Class will offer comparable HP/TQ, probably a better car for most.
