Same. I like my gasoline vehicle for weekend trips up the rocks and Teslas look much cooler than all the other electrics (why do they all need to look so bubbly?) but the cost is prohibitive for me.

I think the swap-able battery pack could be an idea. Don’t know how feasible it would be for automakers to allow easy access to the packs, though.

Why can’t there be a standard for chargers? If electric cars are truly going to be adopted we need to get away from the proprietary charging technology and make it universal.
