No problem here (I spitball all the time!), I actually went and looked myself and it seems to me that if you negotiated hard you might be able to hit 15k before taxes on a non-abarth which is...telling.

The Italian engine is a dealer breaker for me personally, my brother was INFATUATED with these for a minute but

I decided to check cargurus to see if this was possible in their 10k budget, it doesn’t appear to be, but they are more affordable than I would have thought. Looks like a non-Abarth can be snagged in the mid to high teens, and abarths are listed mostly in the low 20s...

The 2nd best affordable convertible you mean on account of the meh engine and old transmission (NC)

You can’t really get a Fiat Spider for 15k though can you? I mean CAN YOU?

The Fiat badge and engine will ensure it drops below their 10k price cap in about 5 more minutes! good call.

Hey, I want a Miata like car, but for some unamed reason, it can’t be a Miata, what should I get?”

I mean, to be fair, the whole Juicy/Hazy/NE IPA craze has been a bit overblown imo.

Some people think all IPAs are the same though, and literally won’t drink something called an IPA because they think they won’t like it.

Thank you! We had so much fun, and taking photos in Iceland will make anyone look like a good photographer! It’s SO amazing there, I really want to go back.

Are they though? The XT5 as mentioned above, is hot trash. There are so many crossovers now, they can’t all be winners...

And Alfa Romeo suffers from the problem of: All the people who can afford to buy them, remember how they were trash the last time they were in America.

It’s a Niche brand that almost no

A lot of delivery vans (Fedex, UPS) have already gone electric, but a delivery van is a very different thing then an f-150, the best selling vehicle in America...

But your point is moot. I don’t care if his perception doesn’t match my perception, I want to author of this article to prove that the statement is true when presenting an item as fact.

“It depends on what the meaning of the word ‘is’ is”

Got it.

What about when you start loading those trucks up with extra weight? Or when you tow a heavy and/or poor aerodynamic load or start driving through mud or sand or snow where conditions cause less than ideal fuel consumption, how quickly does the range shrink then?

I think the reason they didn’t start with trucks when

Does the evidence suggest that? I don’t see anything supporting that notion in the article or your reply.

Yeah, people on this site keep saying “trucks are for short trips” but how does that in anyway reflect reality in America. Most pickup owners are using them as their commuter, their toy hauler, their work truck, and their family car.

My exact thought after reading the headline, thank you.

There isn’t really a lot of “touristy nonsense” in Iceland, but there were dozens of opportunities per day to stop and walk not very far from the car and see something amazing.

But I agree, driving in Iceland is very pleasant so even though you are covering a lot of ground, it doesn’t wear you out as much.

When we went airfare through WOW was cheap, like 5-600 round-trip per person, but IIRC you didn’t get food, an assigned seat, or any luggage for that price.

Also, I just googled WOW and apparently just today they might collapse? Weird timing!

We rented a Dacia Duster 4x4 diesel with a stick shift! Kinda pokey but I enjoyed driving it. Iceland is so beautiful, we never left the main roads but some of the smaller roads in Iceland are not paved. Having said that I am sure we could have gotten all the places we went with any common rental car in Iceland. That
