If you were in high school when these bands were popular (late 90s), there is a good chance you do not have kids yet. A lot of people my age (early 30s) are barely having their first kid, some are barely getting married.

You realize that your 2017 has a Direct Injection 2.0 and a 6 speed vs the 2.5 5-speed combo that was standard kit for the previous generation right?

Mine rocked a solid 17 in city driving. That’s even with rarely invoking the dreaded skip shift. I think those improvements came with the new generation of engine though. Direction injection and all that.

Ah, the 68 mph thing explains a lot. Most people around here drive closer to 80mph on the highway.

Nice to see this in print, we did the no gifts please for our son’s 1st birthday (which was at a brewery btw) and it mostly worked! It felt awkward to write, but we really did not want a bunch more stuff (my sons birthday is right before xmas to top it all off).
