At least the bit with Tina Fey/Amy Poehler managed to get the joke out and it had a punchline. Let’s not ignore the fact where Jo Koy fumbled the joke on top of it being not funny.

Right. She had no clue that there was a joke coming her way and she was simply existing going about her life.

maybe she was unamused because jo koy’s joke sucked ass? maybe she wasn’t listening? maybe she was bored just like everybody else there?

Honestly, god help anyone who says ANYTHING about her if we’re referring to that Jo Koy joke as “cringe-worthy.” It was not a good joke. It was barely a joke. But my goodness, is it being blown so absurdly out of proportion. “Taylor Swift is dating an NFL star and gets shown on TV a bunch.” Oh, what a diss to Tay-Tay.

What’s the deal with the Seinfeld finale? I’ll tell you why it landed with a thud. If you were watching it the night it aired, there was an hour long clip show that ran before it, and then however many minutes into the final episode, the plot vanishes and we’re just in a courtroom recapping past incidents again. So

It’s really the only thing that would make sense in the context of those characters. A brief complaint about how hard it was for them, followed by quickly moving on, having learned nothing.

He’s always said he’d love to do a scene where the characters have just gotten out of jail, they sit down at the coffee table inside Monk’s, and George goes, “Boy, that was brutal.”

Loved The Flash, as well! Saw it multiple times in the theater. I’ve definitely issues with it, too, but I find it remarkably disarming throughout.

The Flash was surprisingly one of my favorite DCEU movies. I have specific problems with it, most definitely, but the hate surprises and disappoints me. It’s the first and only movie of that cinematic universe that made me feel like it was an actual cinematic universe that I’ll miss.

But I will confess that I am

This makes me wish the Decipher Star Wars CCG was still around :(

This week a 12 year old was suggested as a wife for a man 4 times her age, which clearly horrifies him and he decides not to go through with it precisely because of that.

He absolutely does detect Obi Wan. Remember that point where he stops, turns and practically stares right in the direction of where Obi Wan was hiding? And then he starts killing random villagers mercilessly?

As for Leia, there’s no reason Vader should be able to detect her.

This show has plenty of dumb moments, but it’s easily the best written SW show to date.

All SW content has played fast and loose with who can sense what and where and when. This isn’t remotely new.

So I’ll be honest, this post made me somewhat angry, but probably not for the reasons the writer intended. Although considering this Jezebel, I’m assuming getting any reaction is the primary goal, so who knows.

: I’m fully aware who is and isnt responsible for their bans, just saying overall)

So, the difference here — and mind you, I absolutely believe there is a racism issue at play in the Olympics — is that there’s a loophole for Valieva because she’s 15.

Valieva has been happily infantilized in the press, noted for liking stuffed animals and her dreams of traveling the world.

You’ve named nine celebrity musicians who have performed at Superbowls over the years. They were mostly performing music either on albums they were selling or while promoting an album they were selling. Now name just one background dancer who performed at any Superbowl in history who isn’t already named in this
