Um, yeah, it is a portable gaming console. I think you’re confusing this with “handheld” gaming console, like the switch. If you want to take a full PS5 with you anywhere, as long as there’s a power socket, this and a controller are all you need. Verses bringing a TV, the full console, connection cables and a…
I think you may be missing the big picture. This, allegedly, isn’t like other AI “assistants” that rely on a pre existing integration to certain functions and apps. This would be taught to use any app by watching you perform the actions you normally would, and then performing those actions for you with a natural voice…
I’d love to know more details about how the learning works. It seems like it would need a companion app on your phone, and that app would need to have access to record your screen and inputs, as well as control all other apps on your phone.
“2023 Was the Weakest Year for Memes in History”
I’m sure there are people that will like the sharp lines and ultra minimalistic design, but to me it just looks like some slabs of metal and glass. I mean, for the entry level $60k, I’d rather get an Ioniq 5 with some extra features, or something of that nature.
If I’m paying $250 for a simple toy car, I better be getting a Rick & Morty “True Level” type of experience.
I’m looking forward to this simply because Iman Vellani is a treasure.
“We therefore need to change our economy to a system that supports meeting basic needs for all people instead of excessive consumption by the wealthy,” the study authors wrote.
Why would they not first do this in space, perhaps aboard the ISS? Seems like the safest way to inspect something from outer-space that could contain.... anything.
As of this morning - still incorrect, so I believe the answer to your question is... no.
lol. exactly how I feel about it.
Did she hurt you?
I like how you put quotes around all of the “religious” terms they use. I fully expect similar treatments when discussing other religions, as they’re just as ridiculous.
What I’d love to see is a premier episode that leans into the voice recasting heavily. Rick and morty lose their voices - literally - through some shenanigans, and have to find replacements. They go through a bunch from different sources with hilarious results, and finally find something close, to which Rick says…
I get what you’re saying, but not a great analogy when you consider that the origins of many religions were built upon fear of death and torture after life.
My biggest problem with the gorn, is that - at least for now - the show wants us to believe that they’re mindless killing monsters. Mindless killing monsters with an impressive space fleet, custom fitting space suits, faster than light travel, etc.
Fond memories of Thoth.
Don’t forget that it also includes access to YouTube Music (formerly google play music), so there’s even more value there. I watch more YouTube than anything else, so it’s a tremendous value.
YMMV, but it’s completely worth it to me and my family. We have a family premium plan, which includes ad free youtube on all devices, plus unlimited access to YouTube music. Considering how much we all use YouTube (much more than we’d watch TV) and stream music in the car it’s a bargain.
