The whole Bran thing was weird too because it was an almost mirror of what the Grand Maester told Sam when he first started at the Citadel. No clue if that was intentional or not. 

ya probably not. I just don’t care enough about the night king to want it to be the focus remaining 5 eps. I want that thread to finish at Winterfell then finish off Lannister/Targaryen/Stark plot over last 2-3. Don’t think I’ll be that lucky. 

part of me worries it means that they won’t stop at Winterfell, since Winterfell is just one stop away from Last Hearth so seems a little overkill to show the dead coming that small (comparatively) of a distance

My only burning question: will the opening title sequence continue to show the Night King’s path? The first ep had the cold blue line from East Watch all the way to Last Hearth. Would be cool if next ep it’s to or almost to Winterfell.

The only thing I remember about this movie was that tons of nerds went to “see” it solely because it was the first movie with a trailer for The Phantom Menace. 

Guess I’ll echo everyone else’s thoughts about the weird Sansa/Arya conflict. It makes sense they’d be at odds, at least initially, but the last-minute reveal that they were teamed up against Baelish was so outta left field it almost didn’t work. They needed some set up there was a resolution rather than just have so…

While some cool things happened, this is probably the worst episode in the who show. I don’t mind some things, like Lannister forces traversing the country in secret or time jumps to move things along, but everything about this seemed forced, stupid, or wholly unnecessary. Makes me worry for the new season that…
