Good times :) Love snow! I find that testing the traction is very important - knowing how much grip you have is essential in conditions like this :)

I understand that listing big names is a good way to gain traction for your argument , BUT, anyone with “properly” adjusted mirrors but lack of situational awareness on the road will have troubles driving and higher risk of collision than anyone without even a single mirror in their vehicle but proper ability to view

That’s perfectly acceptable. Whatever works for you - if you drive and have situational awareness, no need to readjust anything. If you have people honking on you and surprises once in a while, then sure, go ahead and readjust, but i bet there is more going on with situational awareness there than your mirrors.

May be my driving style is different. Somehow I am aware of vehicles around me at most times and when I am making a shoulder check it’s rather an insurance, not a primary way of ensuring no surprises. I failed with shoulder check though once when I just bought this car and wasn’t used it it’s poor visibility out back.

I am doing it perfectly fine. There is no singe “right” way. By having my mirrors adjusted slightly “narrower” in relation to the car I gain angles that “proper” set up doesn’t provide. Each car is different, and each person is different. In the end, it’s not the mirrors that will save you from surprises, it’s your

Yep, I felt that too. When I passed my driving license test, I had no idea why would one do a shoulder check. Now, it’s a second nature. I skip it when I am 100% sure there is nobody there, and do one extra one when I am in doubt :) It is yet to fail me.

There is no “proper” mirror set up. There is one way and another. If you have a decent situational awareness while driving, you would be fine either way whichever way you prefer it. I like using my side mirrors to monitor vehicles behind me as well. Like I said, I am rather a spitted driver, and drive A LOT every

Lat time I remember, non-white cultures have way worse female treatment than white folks aside from some high power individuals. I get it that you are “hurt” by white people(aka, racially profiling in your own mind), but no need to racial sh*t in game related thread.

Sarcasm? What’s wrong with teens trying to look under the skirt of a game character? I bet their browser history is even more naughty.

I do shoulder check instead works every time. I had 1 time in my entire driving career of 14 years that I didn’t see a car in the blind spot and I failed to do a shoulder check.

Most German cars are for masochists. A friend of mine mentioned that E46 M3 is equally as reliable as an Evo X. Then I asked him to give me an example of a common issue and a preventative maintenance for it? The answer was “rear strut mount plates need to be reinforced, just got to weld an extra plate”. I was

he does feel salty... but let’s be hoes, $20 mil to disrespect SEC and let everyone know about it is a good deal after all. :)

You are not very wise or willing to imagine yourself in other peoples shoes. Where the heck are you going to rent most of the cars? rental fleet is very limited.

“What else might I have done wrong?” - Believed that being a woman puts you at a disadvantage. In some situations it might be exactly the case, but it shouldn’t be the excuse not to get what you want/need.

“I bought a Costco—and I’m sure you could get it on Amazon too”.

Your experience is anecdotal And is not a good way to represent the problem or present evidence. You as a person are unique human being and something like confidence level can totally change how quickly you can get a job. If males are more confident, they get jobs faster than females. So that problem is not that people

Reverse the sexes and races in it and we have a deal. In the current state the only thing you would get is admiration of the actions... don’t you want drama(looks like that’s what the devs are going for)?

Except it costed you $4000 to fly 40 years ago with alot more legroom, and you could even smoke. For $4000 a ticket now, or rather $8000 to account for inflation, you can have a suit with bed in some airlines.... so you are welcome to stick to the “way it used to be”. Sorry, no smoking though(for good).
