You see, there is a long way still if you make a mistake in your code. MCAS is coded by at least 3 separate teams in parallel running on different hardware and if one of the 3 systems gives a result different from the other 2, the result is discarded. So, there is A LOT of redundancy there. It’s just shit happens.

I would get Supra over Mustang for a reason I have a personal stigma associated with Mustangs.

Your trolling skills are amazing!

Your problem is you don’t know meaning of term “badge engineering”. When two teams share experience to develop something to benefit both teams it’s not badge engineering - if anything it’s 2 times better than single team because hopefully they take the best of both teams.

They did, it’s new Z4.

That’s what he said. NXS was fun and had 3 pedals and look how lively the video looks. Then compare to the new Supra video. Poor Alonso had to at least use left foot to brake to do at at least something related to fun driving, and even then gave up and started using only one foot.

What you posted is miles better. Three pedals and footwork alone makes it so much more entertaining. :D

Dim the sun?! No problems. Reduce destruction of our planet?! That’s impossible, sir!

It’s like justifying selling dull knifes with a statement that average person will have hard time not cutting themselves.

“Lockers will cause weird behavior on pavement.”

Canyon Carving, in a Jeep? What are you, high?

Why have a rental fleet of cars that is bad in aerodynamics, comfort, handling, gas consumption, reliability and is neutered of the one thing that it was good at?

Thinking like this is very shallow, because a Corvette ZR1 is “just a chevy”, any lambo is just a “farm equipment”.... if you still want the car guy badge time to look at what the car is and not what is written on it’s back.

Whoever bought it probably has a few other vehicles they drive. This is more abut being able to own/try pristine supra. It’s like a toy you put on a shelve and never play with it - just owning it is fun.

You mean you did the mature thing and invested in your property instead. You have my instant respect.

What makes you mad is that you can’t afford this vehicles. Why you can’t is all excuses, the quicker you drop them the faster you will be able to afford this car. It has nothing to do with how much money people have. You have a dream and it’s up to YOU to work hard to get your dream to come true. No one else to blame

It doesn’t matter what you think. I love it, and so many others. It’s a polarizing project :) It doesn’t matter what any of us think, they did a good job regardless.

Because accidents don’t matter as much? Accidents can be different. I had an accident worth $12,000 to repair and most buyers were shying away from the car. The truth is, car was sideswiped and replacing 2 doors, 2 fenders, headlight, taillight and painting both bumpers costs that much, but car looked like new... so

There is more than one way to skin a cat, and pairing gearing ratios and low torque engine is as good as less ratio and more torque from the engine. It doesn’t matter how you get torque really.

I have an FR-S with a measly 139 pounds of torque. It’s a small number but how light the car is and gear ratio makes it fun to drive. I can imagine S2000 is similar. Most people who talk about revs or torque have no idea what they are talking about, have no experience of driving multitude of vehicles and have a very
