Moffat, as he has been doing for a while now, has ruined the season with something he thought was monumentally important storytelling. All three episodes have been the worst part of the season so far, which was on the right track avoiding cheap love-based victories, or the obsession over the Doctor or his companion

For me, it was just a nice experience being able to see a DCEU movie where my problems with it are fairly minor. It wasn’t perfect, but I liked it quite a bit. It singlehandedly got me feeling a bit more hope for the future of the DCEU. And all of that with the only female super hero movie in recent memory.

What does it mean to love America? For me, it’s about freedom and justice for all, not just those who’ve “earned it” by a specific metric. It means fighting for what’s right, and always trying to improve. It means calling out our own mistakes, being honest about the facts, and trying to do good without also doing

I can’t even imagine myself at that age being brave enough to ask these famous people if I can improvise. Like imagine the confidence in her talents she must have just to see that she has a perspective that will add to their vision. Incredible.

Do people want another attempt at Empire or a new film? This is why TFA was doomed.

The jacket is definitely a touch different. Poe’s has a thicker red stripe and a thin black line underneath. But that could just be preference from the director.

Maher understands super heroes as well as he understands non-fanatical religion. Ever seen Religulous? His understanding of religious people had no room for a science-supporting priest, and he has no way to respond to his reasonableness.

I hope they start fresh in their approach for X films. But Xmen as a persecuted group wouldn’t make much sense if they love all the other heroes. I think the story and allegory of Xmen is stronger on its own. Though, admittedly, there could be some interesting allegory I feel they addressed the difference in public

I agree. I was ready to hate this because I’ve grown weary of McFarlane’s “shock them as often as possible” approach to comedy, but this looks a lot better than I’d have expected. I’ll definitely give him a shot.

Right. And most earthly biologists wouldn’t know what to expect, but soldiers should’ve been more tactical. It amazes me how anyone can think Aliens is a great movie - at least Prometheus doesn’t have dialogue as cringeworthy.

Greed wasn’t a motivating factor in Prometheus, a movie whose plot only happens because of a rich white man’s quest for immortality and leaves a ton of people dead?

How in the world is Prometheus telling the same story as the first Alien?

Yes and it’s annoying. It’d be fine if they zoomed out a bit.

Interesting. I thought the return to arena based combat was solid and found the new movement options made the combat feel better than ever. Interested to see what their approach is for 6 multiplayer.

Mario Kart is a casual game.

Are you primarily a single player with halo? Because I find halo five multiplayer to be absolutely amazing

I fought autocorrect hard, changing it to esports twice, but it won the fight. This time it tried to change it to export.

Yes, I’m aware that I can make out the different colors, but it’s still a desaturated image. Doesn’t look like the real world at all.

I don’t know how you can see the footage from this movie and think they’re adding color. It looks just as desaturated as the other movies apart from the lasso.

The trailers have done nothing for me so far, but I don’t think the lasso looks bad. I’m not sure how a glowing orange lasso could look much better.
