“If you are going to say you are religious then you should follow the bible and its “rules”.”

Ah, so you didn’t want to actually engage in conversation so you could learn more about someone you disagree with. You just wanted to belittle what you assume my views are in any way that you can. You’re right. Clearly being an atheist has made you a great person while being Christian has made me a bad one.

Real talk: Christianity hasn’t traditionally seen those things as literal recordings of history, but rather as theological writings meant to convey deeper truths about man’s relationship to God, to each other, and to the world. Adam and Eve is no longer a story about two people who ate some fruit and damned us all,

Believe it or not, there are people who don’t believe in evolution, and that is true regardless of evolution’s objective reality. Belief in facts may be rightfully taken for granted, but they are beliefs nonetheless. They are beliefs because of the value you have for the scientific disciplines that have been

I think even “those” Christians think dinosaurs are real. They just think they lived 6,000 years ago.

Am I the only one disappointed not to see a shot with both Rey and the Journey character together?

My body’s definitely ready.

Virtual reality advertisements will be crazy. Imagine if you go to watch a streaming VR movie and have to sit through some 60 second virtual world that’s selling you things. Imagine the zaniest commercials and imagine what you’ll get in VR.

That’s not his other arm. It’s his leg

If you watch it real closely and pause it toward the end of that shot, you’ll see it’s not his arm. It’s just his leg dangling below his body at a weird angle that makes it look like his arm. At the very end of the shot you can see his crotch so it’s definitely not his arm.

Well I now have a favorite gif.

It’s hard to say whether white man’s burden was satire or not. Kipling is known both for supporting imperialist views and writing satire. So it’s really pretty hard to tell.

The fact that everyone who has responded to you has been criticizing your perspective (or at least how you’re claiming absolute certainty) rather than supporting it. Nobody’s mentioned a thing about you having a good point that they hadn’t seen before.

I highly doubt any children will change their perspectives based on your rants here.

I'm a pastor who preaches every week. But I only preach where people want me to preach. He's not doing it right.

Then their parents are already failing them by not engaging themselves in the lives of their kids.

How is it annoying?
