As a non-Pats fan, let me just say: fuck ALL of you Pats fans.

Oh shit, he pulled the first recorded “double Tebow”. Well, you know Ray, if you’re gonna do something serious, make sure to do it double
The context in which he said it directly negates your assertion.
Dallas Cowboys hold team prayer that there won’t be domestic violence charges against any players this week.
I never thought I’d see a day when the President behaved this way.

And every time she thought she was finished, another Columbo would appear and say, “Just one more thing....”
Perhaps while they are in DC, they can stop by a science museum and finally find out how magnets work.

Stephen this piece is absolute garbage. I listened to the Lurie interview in its entirety, and thought there were many valid points, and some things I thought that were just lip service, but at no point did I think “oh wow someone is going to run with this and turn it into a article about Lurie bashing Black people”…
Quote from Tory Smith
I am also an Eagles fan, and Lurie goes out of his way in his remarks to point out Malcolm Jenkins as someone weaving together activism and community involvement. This whole mini-storm of outrage is entirely based off of bad reporting. As fun as it is to be angry about this, the people thoughtlessly hopping on this…
He didn’t. If you read the press conference transcript he specifically points out Malcolm Jenkins as someone who’s woven together activism and community involvement to bring about positive change. Lurie is probably the most progressive owner in the league. This entire thing is off base.
If you look online for the actual press conference transcript, you’ll find it’s not nearly as dire as Marcus Hayes (easily the worst Philly-area writer) has made it seem. The Hayes article never quoted Lurie’s remarks directly, and then the reaction was solely based on that article.
This entire thing - which was sparked by a garbage dump of a Marcus Hayes article and an even less well-researched tweetstorm from Shaun King - has been pretty thoroughly debunked by both the actual transcript from Lurie’s press conference (which Hayes never quoted) and from players inside the organization condemning…
What a piece of trash article. Have you read the actual transcript of what Mr. Lurie said? Did you know that Lurie supports Malcolm Jenkins, who protest the anthem every single week? Did you know that he said he wouldn’t consider Kap JUST because they feel great about the current QB situation? You didn’t because…
In the interest of full disclosure, I’m an Eagles fan. But I think some of Lurie’s comments were misconstrued. The relevant part of the Q&A is here:
“Gotta love the irony of a show that became famous by taking on all targets and never holding back, now intentionally holding itself back and refusing to take on a target”
So the Red Sox are still stealing signs then?
