That’s was a big letdown. I’d say this whole post had no value except rewatching the Mulaney bit, which is still funny and enjoyable.

My 6 YO has been good with it. I had to get my 3 YO a ninja costume and now he’s good when I’m forced to take him out too.
I guess the question I would ask is: how well does Tesla handle all of its problems in order to keep the customer satisfied with the product?
I feel like a lot of the decline in minority ownership mirrors the decline of independently-owned dealerships, which kind of negates the arguments that automakers shouldn’t be allowed to sell cars directly because they don’t know the community. Now most people are buying from a big corporate company either way.
So far the only company not impacted in any meaningful way is TESLA. yeah TESLA. Where’s the bold formatting for the next time I type TESLA.
It is, actually. 350 Nm of torque, which is just a nice round number. VW/Audi were the first to stick to it and it has just remained as the standard amount of torque for 2.0Ts. All these numbers mean pretty much nothing coming from the Germans. Even as their cars get much quicker while gaining weight, the power…
Hordes!!!! HORDES!!!! THINK OF THE CHILDREN! You obviously never been pulled over for being black and have a gun shoved in your face...

There’s also the fact that most of a truck’s cargo area is unprotected, they’re physically larger, taller, and…
I’m thinking of becoming a super villain just so I can spike America’s water with chill pills.
Bingo. Genesis is offering something unique in styling that at least people want... and I think they’re trying to fix their dealer network, at least by spinning off Genesis as a brand, they have taken a big step of many.
If I ran the show at Cadillac, I would be focusing on the dealer experience. Way too many Cadillac stores are dualed up with other GM brands which is highly off putting to luxury vehicle buyers.
I seriously thought it was satire until I saw the update and screencaps
“Calling all cars! Calling all cars! There is a Black family trying to increase their property value in Montclair! It may even increase the property value of the house next door! Calling all cars!”
Agreed. On my back roads travels and open freeways, it was superb Seamless acceleration. However, commuting, where I spent 95% of my time, was hell. I traded that in for an electric car, which is never in the wrong gear! (can’t be in the wrong gear if there’s only one!)
