I think I’ve seen that!
I think I’ve seen that!
My rain gear sits in a bag under the back seat, but since I’m in FL, it rarely gets used. I only put the top on when I multi day road trip with the fam, otherwise it just hangs in my garage and is off year round.
We’re on the same page.
I concur. Commuting/driving/sitting/anything in the Jeep is generally a pleasurable experience after the top comes off.
But the real laugh is when it rains. You love it or you don’t I guess.
This is a good take, although to be fair I am also an unabashed convertible person.
That right there is the most fun family convertible you’re gonna find.
Get the 4 door, keep the doors on, drop the top and with a sunshade, it’s one of the nicest experiences going.
Bonus? Kids love em’.
If that were close to me, I’d have already bought it. NP, head gaskets be damned.
I tried to read your review, but the sheer volume of ads and their placement on mobile made it almost impossible. I’m sorry, but it’s absurd.
These are generally decent cars after all is said and done. Certainly a cruiser to consider at 5k.
I always liked TD:II “The Duel”. Y’know, because pun.
No one’s takes were as painfully bad as yours Mike, and I’ll genuinely miss them. Godspeed, and I’ll keep an eye out for your dopey logic amongst greener pastures.
Doesn’t get enough love for how good in the city they really are.
Oh, you have to drive a Wrangler.
In fact, while a Wrangler doesn’t meet many of the listed superfluous criteria, it’s probably one of the best cars I can think of for NO. It’s Classless, it’s fun to drive with a manual and it’s made to beat environments that eat lesser vehicles.
You could get the comfy and lux in a…
I just want to thank you all for doing front drivers proud.
Someday I will find that clean SPG I’m holding out for...
I’m just going to say it. Front wheel drive is OK. It’s fine, good even. Plenty of fun to be had in FWD cars.
Yeah, not quite accurate. There are some great towns in FL that are not HOA controlled. (Hello various St. Pete neighborhoods!) Unfortunately because your friend probably lives in the part of the Tampa area that is dominated by sprawl (Brandon), and that area is indeed dominated by HOA living.
Tom, I had a 05 Legacy GT Wagon back in the day... I also miss that car.
Pro: It’s a nice looking bike.
Con: I’d be riding a HD... and I’d get all the baggage associated with that.
Con wins this argument. There are other nice bikes (for less, I’m sure), that will work equally well, or better and not have the HD stigma attached.
Ugh. No one’s been effectively called out. The kind of riding used to get to that 1000miles/24hrs is not what adventure riding is typically made of. Sure, in a perfect environment it can be done, great, but that’s hardly adventure. Well, maybe by your definition, but not mine.
Eh, we’ll agree to disagree. I love HK, but think SM is a better game.
I mean, really, we love both games, and they are both unquestionably excellent, so just replay both, yes?
Counterpoint: Hollow Knight is amazing, but it’s no Super Metroid. SM is a marvel of design, atmosphere and gameplay. Hollow Knight is a masterful homage however, and owes its existence to games like SM.
