The easiest way to find a version of this bike stateside is to do a search for a Honda C70 Passport. They are usually pretty readily available.
That just means your state has an incorrect technical classification of what is a moped and what is a motorcycle as far as registration is concerned, as do most honestly. It does not however mean that the Cub is technically a moped or a scooter and not a motorcycle. It is most certainly an underbone style motorcycle.
