Fuuuuck. Those ouija boards. I was using one back in High School with two friends and we were taking turns asking it questions. My friend, D, asked the board when she would be married and have kids. The board told her she wouldn’t. We asked why, and it told us that she would die.

Wow. I can’t believe they still haven’t resolved this. It was on the local news about three days ago as it’s hitting Milwaukee particularly hard. Shame on him.

I make a lot of barbecue pulled pork in mine. Goes over great at cookouts when I don’t want to admit that I’m terrified of using the grill. Brioche buns really make it amazing.

Also go Panthers! I mostly keep my head down, go to class, do my readings and don’t participate in the watching of the sportsballs, but I still have a touch of the Panther pride.

Shorewood does have the benefit of having UWM smack dab in it. It also gets dicey in terms of politics in West Allis and Cudahy but less from a elitist North Shore nancy perspective, and more from the holy-roller, Nascar racist perspective. But Cudahy and Stallis don’t really count.

We’re a pretty liberal lot if you ignore the North Shore.
