That almost sounds like Cedric Bixler-Zavala lyrics.

She started out as a somewhat feminine-looking boy, I think with someone else's chest digitally added on. Then she returned to her true form at the end of that episode.

I'm just saying it hasn't happened yet, so should save our freaking out until it's about something real (but still oppose this as much as we can).

I'm surprised this all only costs a dime.

Oh, someone said that already.

Every first-world country has better health care than the US.

Oh yeah, pretty much the same thing.

There was an interesting take on trans issues, though not interesting enough that I kept watching.

Jeez, I can't read the comments here without people randomly wishing death on me. Maybe I'll just stick to the headlines for a while.

"Republicans strip millions of health care"

I thought Gloria deliberately found the same motel Ennis/Thaddeus stayed in, but it was a coincidence that she got the same room. So far we've got three stories of people staying in the same place at different times: Gloria and Thaddeus, the German and the strangler, and Emmit and his wife.

I wonder who did the voices in the animated bits, like if it was the cast who sat out this episode. The alien at the end sounded a little like David Thewlis, although I was sort of getting Obi-Wan vibes. IMDB will probably have this information in a few days.

There was a similar story in The Sirens Of Titan (and also maybe WALL-E but I haven't seen that). Thaddeus Mobley is Kilgore Trout.

I don't know much about this show but based on this review it sounds pretty awesome, mostly because I agree with it. I cringe massively whenever I see someone use "retard" or "retarded" as an insult. (I don't like calling it "The R-word" because I've heard that used for many words—rape, redskin, racism—and I don't

It makes sense to me that June tells Serena ASAP she's not pregnant. The longer the misunderstanding went on, the harsher her punishment would be… although it was about as harsh as it could be already. I think if she lied and said she had a miscarriage there would be some criminal proceedings brought against Lydia,

"Hawaii is rightfully a monarchy and will be again."

I think the joke is homophobic but Colbert isn't homophobic and there's no point in firing him. This is my favorite take on the subject: https://twitter.com/disco_s…

I watched it for the second time on Amazon recently, and I thought the last few seasons were great, even if the Vito stuff wasn't especially interesting (and I'm still annoyed by how Chris kills a guy in a way that clearly implicates him, but no one says anything about it afterward).

Oh, still a year to go. I was worried because I wanted to rewatch Deadwood (and also The Wire for the fourth time, but this time in widescreen!) but hadn't gotten to it yet.

Also, M*A… oh, I see what you did.
